Requires: Creepy as the dominant stat.

"One day you awaken to the sound of rustling movement, and find your daughter has grown enough to be capable of rudimentary locomotion."

Prep-time

Requires: Culinary as the dominant stat.

"You awaken one morning to the sound of something moving about your home. Your daughter has grown a pair of sturdy legs!"

Bright Prospects

Requires: Bright as the dominant stat.

"One morning, you awaken with a weight on your chest, and open your eyes to find a heavy mushroom sitting atop you."

A Peculiar Cultivation

Requires: Potato daughter.

"Lately, your daughter has developed into a tremendous plant. She has grown nearly as tall as you, and is overtaking her pot with bulging roots and prolific foliage."

A Magic Childhood

Requires: Magic as the dominant stat.

"One morning, you notice that your daughter is nowhere to be seen. After an hour of searching the nearby area, you find her sitting alone in a familiar clearing."

Potent Affectations

Requires: Poison as the dominant stat.

"One morning, you notice that your daughter is nowhere to be seen. After an hour of searching the nearby area, you find her standing perfectly still in a dense stand of trees."

A Wary Parenting

Requires: Creepy as the dominant stat.

"One morning, you notice that your daughter is nowhere to be seen. Eventually, you discover her, hiding in a narrow crevice under a large stump."

Preheating

Requires: Culinary as the dominant stat.

"One morning, you notice that your daughter is nowhere to be seen. After some searching you find a massive clump of mushrooms resembling your daughter's protruding in a small clearing."

Shining Prospects

Requires: Bright as the dominant stat.

"One morning, you notice that your daughter is nowhere to be seen. After an hour of searching the nearby area, you find her walking in a nearby meadow."


A Witchy Visit

"One evening, you hear a light knocking at your door - quite a rare occurrence."

"Peeking through the window, you witness none other than the Witch of the Woods standing on the doorstep of your humble hut."

"Could she be here for a visit? Or to settle a debt?"

Lack of Resources

When either Nutrients, Finances, or Stamina reaches 0, this event activates. The Recluse is given the opportunity to refill the stat, or continue on without losing a turn for events to occur. The second time it occurs, it is an automatic Game Over. Multiple stats can reach 0 at the same time.

"Weeks worth of food and labor has been rotted and destroyed, without immediate action you and your daughter will be in trouble later down the line."

Hungry Birds

"A flock of hungry birds have been harassing both your crops and your daughter recently."

"In fact, they've become quite the nuisance."

"The day's gotten away from you; already, the sun's gentle descent is being swallowed behind the forest's reach."

"You weren't able to finish everything you set out for today, but you only have time for one more chore..."

A Hungry Parent

"You realize that, buried in your new goal, you've forgotten to feed yourself. Or procure any human food, really."

Parasites

Note: Opening text has a variation depending on whether the daughter was already infested before the event.

Kidnappers

Pot Improvement

"Recently, you've begun to think about your daughter's living quarters. Specifically her pot."

"You have a few ideas how to improve it, but you only have so much time - which do you decide to move forward with?"

Walkies

"Today you've made the time to enrich your daughter. Now that she's capable of movement, you figure you'd take advantage of the pleasant weather and go for a walk."

"But the area you live in is large... Where would you like to go?"

A New Game

"Your daughter has been getting bigger lately, and it's been easier than ever to see her as the child that she is."

"Today you want to teach her something fun, something that human children often get to partake in."

Plant Contest

"When entering town one day, you notice a strange gathering surrounding some newly erected tents and market stalls."
